Tomato Tofu Oatmeal Soup

A healthy oatmeal soup, combining diced tomatoes (rich in vitamin C) and Tofu (low in calories).

Serves 2
Ingredients: Tofu (1/2 box), 1 egg, oatmeal (1/2 bow), wheat germ (2-3 tbsp), diced tomatoes (1/2 can) and celery (or any green vegetables).
Sauce: salt, soy sauce, black pepper, sesame oil and optional crushed red pepper (or any hot peppers).
Steps:
[1] Cut celery into thin small pieces and beat the egg into a small bowl.
[2] Pour diced tofu into 600 cc boiling water and boil for 3 minutes. Then, add in the diced tomatoes and continue to boil for another 3 minutes.
[3] Add in oatmeal and continue to boil for another 3 minutes.
[4] Add in the egg while gently stirring the soup, and then add in wheat germ, sliced celery and continue to boil for another 2 minutes. Add in the sauce.
[5] Serve the soup with green vegetables and your favorite sauce (such us black or hot peppers).
