A Sunday Brunch made of fresh Tofu skins, served with bread and fruit, totally at your imagination.

Serves 2-3


Ingredients: 4-5 fresh Tofu Skin, 1 carrot, 5 sticks of baby sweet corns, 5-8 straw mushrooms, and 1/2 romaine heart (or any green vegetables).

Sauce: salt (1tsp), soy sauce (1tbsp), cornstarch (1 tbsp), sesame oil (1 tbsp) and brown sugar (1tsp).


Steps:

[1] Cut carrots into 1" of thin sliced pieces, cut romaine heart into 1" medium strips and cut straw mushrooms into half. Slice the ginger into sliced thin pieces.


[2] Pan-fry the fresh tofu skin with oil until the color turns brown.


[3] Pan-fry the sliced gingers until the flavor arises (do not over-cook the ginger).


[4] Add in the sliced carrots and cook for 1-2 minutes.


[5] Add in the rest of vegetables. Pour in some water and add in the sauce, which is mixed with soy sauce, salt, cornstarch, brown sugar and sesame oil.


[6] Cook the meal at medium heat for 5-8 minutes with the cover closed.


[7] Open the cover and continue to cook and wait until the meal has nearly absorbed the sauce.


[8] Serve the dish with bread and fruit which will make you a Sunday Brunch.
