- The reason for ones, unable to reach the realm of true Tao, is because they have false fantasies; with such false fantasies, the soul and minds are perturbed; with minds being disturbed, one is attached to myriads of things; with minds attached to myriads of things, greed and desires arise; with greed and desires arisen, there comes worrying and afflictions; worrying, afflictions, and false fantasies agonize body and mind, thus lead to impure and distressed soul, roaming around within the reincarnation cycle of birth and death, constantly immersed in the ocean of bitterness, and forever apart from the realm of true Tao. (Qingjing Jing; literally, Scripture of Clarity and Quiescence)

- The greatest value and meaning of life, is to be able to make a substantial contribution to the community for people to build a better future via extension of one's ability and effort. Only with the establishment of such concepts and goals in life, one can be sustained throughout the life and continue to encourage themselves, never stops in half way, to create a number of achievements and contributions. This is the true meaning of life.
- If we look at the transient nature of wealth, which in the end is only entrusted by God for us to make the proper management and disposal of the usages. No one can really own the wealth.
- Wang Yung-ching often told his children, "No matter how much you earn and grasp, the amount is limited by the hand; but if you let go of it, the world is all yours." (Wang Yung-ching's letter to his children)

- [asv] But flesh with the life thereof, [which is] the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
- [kjv] But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
- [bbe] But flesh with the life-blood in it you may not take for food. (Genesis 9:4)

- At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?" And He called a child to Himself and set him before them, and said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 18:1-4)

- The true nature of a Tao cultivator is to let out one's inner sun and bring warmth of the brightness to others. (An excerpt from the "Senior Master Chang's Words II")

- The setting of the temple, although important, Buddha does not exist without a body. The most important thing is "One's Inner Temple". One's body is worthy of the name of "Temple" itself – the hands and legs symbolize the temple settings, the eyes symbolize the Light of Heaven, and the mouth and tongue symbolize the voice of the Buddhist words. Therefore, all day-to-day acts of misconduct, false statements and evil minds, are referred to as disorder of the Temple! A sincere heart is what is fragrant, while a respectful heart is what is proper. Thus, the purpose of the daily incense ceremony is to channel approaches of "Self-Buddhist" and the external Temple into one. (An excerpt from the "The Trip of the Temple of Heaven")

- The essense of Tao is Oneness. There shall be no dfferentiation in The Way we follow. (Senior Master Chang's Words)
