Chapter 15

第十五章：君子之道 君子之道，辟如行遠必自邇，辟如登高必自卑。詩曰：「妻子好合，如鼓瑟琴；兄弟既翕，和樂且耽；宜爾室家，樂爾妻帑。」 子曰：「父母其順矣乎！」

The path, which the Virtuous undertakes, is far and high; however, to travel far one must start with a single step and to climb up high one must start from the ground. A quote from the Book of Poetry stated that, "Harmony within family is like the symphony of lutes and harps. When siblings have mutual respect, the happiness is delightful and lasting. Thus, your family, and the next generation, may be blessed years to come.” Confucius said, "In such a state of harmony, parents will be delighted!”
